How to verify you're dealing with Garram

Criminals sometimes impersonate freight brokers to steal loads or redirect payments. These are the only ways Garram Logistics contacts carriers and shippers — if anything doesn't match, stop and call us.

  • We only email from @garramlogistics.com

    Garram staff never use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com or any other free email for business. Check the spelling of the domain letter by letter: look-alike domains (an extra hyphen, a missing letter, a different ending) are not us.

    If someone calls or texts claiming to be Garram from another number, hang up and call us back at this number. Do not use a phone number that appears only in the suspicious email or message.

  • We never change bank information by email or phone

    Garram never changes its own bank or payment details, or yours, because of an email, text or phone call. If you receive a request to send money to new bank details, or a notice that our bank details changed, do not act on it — call us at the official number first.

  • Verify every rate confirmation by calling us

    Before you dispatch a truck, call (956) 346-2820 and confirm the load number, rate, pickup and delivery. A genuine Garram rate confirmation comes from a @garramlogistics.com address and shows MC-1787470 / USDOT 4513763.

Report fraud

Think someone is using our name?

Email quotes@garramlogistics.com or call (956) 346-2820. Forward the suspicious message (with its full headers if you can) and include any phone numbers, names, load numbers or documents you received. Do not send money or move freight until we confirm.

You can also report broker or carrier fraud to the U.S. Department of Transportation through the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database.
