Requirements

What we verify.

• Active FMCSA operating authority, authorized for property, not out of service. Authorities under 30 days old are not accepted; under 90 days require additional review.
• Certificate of insurance sent directly by your insurance agent, listing Garram Logistics LLC as certificate holder.
• W-9 (US carriers) and signed Garram Broker-Carrier Agreement.
• Phone and email that match your FMCSA record — we verify identity by calling the FMCSA-listed number.
• Tracking link / ELD sharing on every load and answering check-calls 24 h and 2 h before pickup.
• No re-brokering, co-brokering or double brokering — ever.
• Cross-border: CAAT, SCAC, ACE e-Manifest capability; Mexican carriers also SICT permit, RFC/Constancia and Mexican insurance.

Reliability matters: fall-offs and no-shows are recorded and affect eligibility for future loads, as stated in our Broker-Carrier Agreement and every rate confirmation.
