Information we collect
Information you submit in our forms (name, company, email, phone, shipment details; for carriers: USDOT/MC, contact data, equipment, lanes and uploaded documents such as authority, insurance certificates and W-9), and basic technical data (a salted hash of your IP address used only to prevent abuse, and a language-preference cookie).
How we use it
To respond to quote requests, evaluate and onboard carriers (including verification with public FMCSA records and your insurance agent), arrange and document shipments, invoice and pay, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not send automated marketing emails.
Sharing
With service providers that host our systems (e.g., cloud database, file storage, e-signature), with carriers/shippers as needed to perform a shipment, with customs brokers for cross-border loads, and with authorities when legally required.
Retention & security
We keep shipment, vetting and financial records for as long as required by law and our record-keeping policy (federal broker record rules require at least three years for certain transaction records). Access is role-based and logged.
