Broker role
Garram Logistics LLC (USDOT 4513763, MC-1787470) is a licensed property broker. We arrange transportation by independent motor carriers and do not take possession of freight or operate trucks.
Quotes
Information on this site and responses to quote requests are not binding offers. A shipment is governed only by a written rate agreement or load confirmation accepted by both parties.
Carrier applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee loads. Carriers haul for Garram only under a signed Broker-Carrier Agreement and a rate confirmation for each load. Published terms (Net 30 from receipt of signed POD and invoice, no quick pay, insurance minimums) are summarized here and controlled by the Agreement.
Liability
Cargo loss and damage claims are handled under the applicable carrier liability rules and the parties' written agreements. This site is provided “as is”.
Governing law
Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to applicable federal law.
